How the technology works

Deterministic ingestion.

Current and historic PDFs are parsed into structured fields such as ticker, rating and target price. The source text is not rewritten.

Entitlement gating.

Every retrieval is checked against your firm's existing client entitlements before anything is returned. This is rules-based, not model-based.

Grounded, cited outputs.

Every passage links to its page in the original PDF. AI-drafted summaries are labelled, grounded only in cited text, and need human approval before anything reaches a client.

What we don't do: generate trade ideas, ratings or price targets.
